When he originally came to Birmingham with Kasvu in 2019 the community was more than welcoming of the concept of a immersive tasting menu experience. After a long break post pandemic and the opening of Forte in Tuscaloosa , Chef Jacob is bringing his experience back to Birmingham as Rêve.

Rêve translates to dream , and the dream has always been to bring food that is story and experience that evokes an emotion in each and every guest to the Birmingham Community.
