Chef Jacob M.Stull’s
DINNER, TOLD AS A STORY.
Rooted in French technique and the American South.
Memory, place, and season unfold one course at a time.
An Experience Meant To Be Felt
More than a meal, Rêve is an evening built around art, storytelling, and connection.
Like any work of art, each course begins with an idea. A memory, a place, a season, a person. Through French technique and the ingredients of the American South, those ideas become something we can share with you.
Because the most memorable meals aren't simply about what was on the plate. They're about what you felt while you were there.
Rêve is offered through six and ten course tasting experiences, allowing you to choose how your evening unfolds.

Can I order à la carte instead of the tasting menu?
At Rêve, we have chosen to dedicate ourselves entirely to the art of the tasting menu. Each menu is composed as a complete narrative, designed to be experienced from the first bite to the last. While we no longer offer à la carte dining, guests are invited to tailor their evening through a selection of supplemental courses. Those joining us for our six course Atelier experience may also choose several of their courses, offering a thoughtful balance between personal expression and the chef's curated journey.
Will I be full after a tasting menu?
Absolutely. A tasting menu doesn’t mean “less food” — it means a guided progression of courses designed to satisfy without overwhelming.
At Rêve, our six- and ten-course menus typically offer more variety and more total food than a traditional à la carte meal. Instead of paying $200 for a single steak or entrée, you enjoy a curated sequence of dishes, flavors, and textures that build on one another.
Guests consistently leave feeling both fulfilled and delighted by the balance, and never wishing for more. Our goal is simple: you should leave full, happy, and inspired.

BEYOND THE PLATE
A great pairing does more than complement a dish. It changes the way you experience it.
Led by Sommelier James Clanton, the beverage program at Rêve is built with the same intention as the kitchen. Our cellar focuses exclusively on independent growers, small producers, and grower Champagnes chosen for their sense of place and individuality. The wine list stands as an experience of its own, thoughtfully curated for discovery and deeply connected to the philosophy of Rêve.
That same philosophy extends to the bar. Our cocktails are composed around season, technique, and the flavors of the kitchen, creating another expression of the stories unfolding throughout the evening.
Guests may explore the cellar and cocktail list individually, or experience the menu through our wine or cocktail pairings. Each pairing is composed alongside the tasting menu, allowing every glass to reveal something hidden, create contrast, bring a memory into focus, or change the way a course is experienced entirely.
