Chef Jacob M.Stull’s
Where Dinner Becomes a Story.
Crafted with intention. Experienced by you.
At Rêve, fine dining becomes something deeper: a narrative. Every course is rooted in memory, shaped by imagination, and crafted with the precision of a kitchen that believes food should mean something. In a city of familiar patterns, we choose a different path—one defined by intimacy, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of beauty. Our tasting menu is not just a meal; it’s an experience designed to move you, surprise you, and remind you why exceptional dining matters.
Your Questions,
Answered
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are highly recommended, especially for weekend evenings, to ensure we can prepare your table and personalize your experience. However, we always welcome walk-ins when space permits.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — we’re happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please list any restrictions or allergies in your reservation notes so our team can prepare accordingly.
The only restriction we are unable to accommodate at this time is non-dairy.
If you have questions about specific needs, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll do our best to assist.
Is a dress code required?
To maintain the refined atmosphere our guests enjoy, smart casual attire is suggested. Jackets are appreciated but not mandatory; we kindly ask that athletic wear be avoided.
Can I order à la carte instead of the tasting menu?
Rêve is primarily a tasting-menu experience, and that is the heart of what we do. However, we do offer a small à la carte selection of brasserie classics that Chef Jacob and his team have become known for throughout their careers.
These dishes are meant to complement the experience—not replace it—so we are not an à la carte restaurant in the traditional sense. Guests joining us should plan for the tasting menu as the cornerstone of their evening.
If you have questions about which experience is right for you, our team is happy to help.
Will I be full after a tasting menu?
Absolutely. A tasting menu doesn’t mean “less food” — it means a guided progression of courses designed to satisfy without overwhelming.
At Rêve, our six- and ten-course menus typically offer more variety and more total food than a traditional à la carte meal. Instead of paying $200 for a single steak or entrée, you enjoy a curated sequence of dishes, flavors, and textures that build on one another.
Guests consistently leave feeling both fulfilled and delighted by the balance, and never wishing for more. Our goal is simple: you should leave full, happy, and inspired.
